Created for the Disney Animal Kingdom Discovery River during my Imagineering tenure, the three "Aquanimals": Fish, Insects and Lizard are kinetic sculptural floating fountains. 

 

By combining mobile sculptural steel forms with water jets I created mixed media animal body silhouettes that move with and are propelled by the water flow.

Working with our Disney production team

I refined shapes of each sculpture to hide structural support, plumbing and floats structures. During the production and installation I adjusted the design and art directed the engineering and construction teams.
